What is this form for?

TeachMeIslamApp do not hold any of your payment details, we use specialist payment processing companies to carry out this on our behalf. This form will take you through the process of retrieving your current subscription details and will then redirect you to Stripe where you will be asked for your bank details to setup a new direct debit.

Why are we changing providers?

As we are sure you have heard in the news inflation is increasing the price of alot of goods and services and in order to ensure we continue to deliver the best value for to our students we re-evaluate our providers. In this regard we are moving all Bank Direct Debits processing to Stripe (www.stripe.com)

What does it mean for me?

You will keep receiving the same level of service from TeachMeIslam App, the only change will be your payment will be collected by Stripe instead of GoCardless
